Designed for accountable fulfillment

Physical goods only. Sellers describe and fulfill a specific tangible item; digital delivery is outside this marketplace surface.
Ship within 72 hours. Sellers are expected to provide supported tracking and shipment proof within the fulfillment window.
Claims within 24 hours of delivery. Eligible buyers can raise a delivery or item claim for governed review.
Payment is not payout. A successful payment does not release seller funds. Eligibility depends on fulfillment, transaction finality, and the absence of controlling claims, returns, disputes, or holds.
